As you mentioned that your wife is not having any kind of pain there is no need of any medications, why to create unnecessary side effects.
Next Steps
She has to go with neck, shoulder and back strengthening exercises as this exercises would help her to correct the posture by strengthening the muscles and supporting the internal structures. She can go with shoulder and back mobility exercises to avoid stiffness. When she feels some stiffness at the shoulder and back she can go with hot formentation for 15 minutes at least thrice in a day.
Health Tips
Continue using the brace as it will also help to improve her posture

Since she doesn't have  any pain, shoulder stabilization exercises  and chin tuck in exercises  would be really useful. if possible, take a video call and consult online.more specifically we can suggest exercise after proper assessment

Is there a hump like thing on upper back or base of neck? What does she do majorly? It will take a few days of proper massaging. You can learn that and do it at home.also the neck stretching and strengthening will help alot.

Hi. You can apply hot fermentation on shoulder and back. Ask to take sufficient rest and not to lift any weights and household works. Place a pillow below neck and below knees while lying straight on her back. This will relax her .
Next Steps
If pain is severe use ultracet or zerodol P for relief
