If heartbeat is good there's a chance of growth. Wait for a week. Avoid heavy work or Intercourse.

If fetal Pole is present at 6 weeks you should wait for a week to repeat the ultrasound and look for the heartbeat If Fetal Pole is not present you need to proceed with termination of pregnancy

Exact growth on scan can vary. Important things we see are if yolk sac has come and if fetal heart rate has come or not. If not, scan can be repeated after one week.
