Baby is constipated
My 7 month old is constipated We started solid in 6th month and in last one month it's 4th time he faced the issue . He cries like hell while passing the stool , we never seen him crying like this , the stools is also semi solid not like usual one . We give him fruits Purée (apple , pears) Also daal khichdi, poha cereal , dal cereal Also, 3-4 time water (10-20 ml ) each time The quantity of food is around 10-12 tea spoon Are we making some mistake ?

Hello, Increase liquid n water. U can use Dulcolax suppository when ever required to be pushed in anus after applying xylocaine gel. As he cope up with food problem slowly reduce. Please transfer him for stool n urine since now only which is very important step. To stop cry locally apply ghee, or vesline so stool comes out easily.

Baby could be crying due to the possibility of constipation causing fissure.You can check the analysis region to see if there is any fresh skin breach.Apply olive oil and lidocaine gel to reduce the pain.A clinical examination by pediatrician in your area will help to determine the cause of crying.

do some leg exercise - move legs of the baby as if peddling a cycle. massage her belly gently and little firmly specially on left lower side. medici9ne can not be prescribed here pl contact good luck
