110-160 is considered as normal heart rate for babies...is it your first pregnancy?
If you have any bad obstetric history,then monitoring with usg is required...

It can be normal also. 110-160 is normal.
But if you have any previous history or high risk, Consider progesterone support.

Ideally normal heart rate is between 110 to 160 bpm. Generally in initial days of pregnancy, heart beat remains on higher side. Nothing to worry about. Get a follow up Ultrasound scan after 10 days for your reassurance.
