7 weeks pregnant, no Heartbeat detected
I am 7 weeks pregnant with Gestational sac measurement- 1.34cm, Yolk Sac measurement - 0.40cm and no fetal pole / heartbeat. Please let me know the chances of having a healthy baby. Also please guide me how long should one be hopefull of hearing heartbeat in ultrasound. Attaching the scan report for more details.

Need to start progestrone support, Consult your doctor. Repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks for Cardiac activity (heart beats).
