Hi, it is not a viable pregnancy. Called a blighted ovum. But Usg should be repeated after a week. If again no heartbeat is seen. Then it is confirmed. One should now go for an abortion.

7 weeks pregnancy with No heartbeat: I really cardiac activity is visible.on scan by 6 weeks itself. Large yolks sac: Can be a sign of missed abortion  . Wait for 7 days: two possibilities 1. U may start bleeding then go to Gynecologist asap 2. Repeat scan after 7 days, if no heart beat then confirmed Missed abortion and go for D&E
