Hi with crl size of 9.8mm fetal growth is it possible to have delay in heartbeat?

If the CRL is <7 mm and there is no heartbeat, the pregnancy may be classified as an intrauterine pregnancy of uncertain viability, and repeat TVS after an appropriate interval is commonly used.
But when the CRL is already 9.8 mm, if there is unequivocally no cardiac activity on a technically adequate TVS, waiting for the heartbeat to “appear later” is generally not expected to change the diagnosis.
