U should take a good nutritious diet with lot of protein. Also use fenugreek as a natural supplement to enhance milk supply and lots of fluids. For medicine,u need to connect for a prescription. Baby should be exclusively breastfed at this age however if the supply is too less, u can use supplemental formula milk
