Baby fell from bed
My baby fell from bed from approx 20-30 inches and fell on back. He ate just few mins before that and after the fell he was crying and he vomited a bit. Please advise honestly what to do in this scenario. What should we watch out as we think he might have hit his head at back. He is just a year old.

It's best to get examined by a doctor bas soon as possible if u have access to him. The danger signs are repeated vomittng, loss of consciousness, bleeding from anywhere, convulsions. If these signs are not there ,then it is comforting particularly if child is active and playful.
Next Steps
Use ice if there is any swelling. thrombogel if any hematoma.
Health Tips
watch for danger signs as mentioned above and see doctor immediately if they are present. An initial exam by doctor even now will allay your anxiety.

If the baby is active now with no vomiting , loss of consciousness, ENT bleed and no huge swelling . You can wait and watch. But it is always recommended to get physically examined by a doctor after a fall.
