Completely harmless. Newborn urine is sterile — two drops on the face/mouth cause no harm at all. His feeding 90 ml and passing stool right after is very reassuring.
Next Steps
No treatment needed. Continue feeds as usual. Tip: keep a cloth over the penis during diaper changes to avoid sprays!

It is generally considered harmless if a baby accidentally ingests a very small amount of their own urine. Urine is mostly water and waste products that are usually sterile in a healthy infant, so a couple of drops are unlikely to cause any medical issues.Since your baby is only two weeks old, it is always best to monitor for any unusual changes. You should contact your pediatrician if you notice any of the following:Fever or extreme fussiness.Persistent vomiting or refusal to feed.Changes in diaper output, such as significantly fewer wet diapers or unusual stools.
Urine is a sterile liquid produced by the body. It doesn’t do any harm if it falls on skin and other body parts. Small drops of liquid even if it enters mouth doesn’t cause any toxicity. Wash the baby thoroughly taking care not to injure sensitive parts. No worries.
