B12 levels
I got my b12 levels checked today by doctor since i had dizziness,tingling in hands and muscle weakness..it came out to be 286.am i b12 deficient? Iam a non vegetarian.

Hi Eat these below foods to boost your vitamin b12 levels... fish like especially trout, salmon and canned tuna, red meats, poultry, eggs, dairy products like milk, cheese , yogurt and from some vegetarian sources like fortified breakfast cereals and breads ( check nutritional labels ).. Thankyou

For b12 consume milk and paneer And take neurobin forte on daily basis for 2 months and then make it twice a week

Hi Please contact directly on the practo . Right now you need a supplement for the same which will cure this deficiency fast and have to focus on b 12 (cobalamin) rich food as well.
