I got my b12 levels checked today by doctor since i had dizziness,tingling in hands and muscle weakness..it came out to be 286.am i b12 deficient? Iam a non vegetarian.

fish like especially trout, salmon and canned tuna, red meats, poultry, eggs, dairy products like milk, cheese , yogurt and from some vegetarian sources like fortified breakfast cereals and breads ( check nutritional labels )..
