B12 and Vit D low
Dear Sir/ Madam, My B12 level 94 and Vit D 10.57 and FT3 4.13 What should I do to overcome. Please help.

According to your value of vitamin B12 and D you are suffering from deficiency of both Vitamin B12 and D. You should take treatment as follow as Sachet Drise 2 day per week for 1 month after food. Tab Shelcal 1 time per day for 1 month after food as orally . Cap Multivitamin 2 time per day for 1 month after food for Vitamin B12.

Do again test of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D after 1 month.
