Hi ,
I'm having Sri Sri Ashwagandhadi tablet for cervical pain and inner physical strength and stability.I have finished one course of 60 tablet and planning to have another hope this will not have side effects.can you mention any other Sri Sri tablets for physical strength and cervical spondylitis.

But u should concentrate on thing how much I'm giving rest to my body

Cervical Spondylitis need Internal medicines as well as proper panchakarma treatment for the relief. Even though Aswagandha is said be best medicine for every disesase but in this case it will be secondary helpful medicine only. U are not in right medicine and Ayurveda treatment. In Ayurveda Spondylitis is a treatable one

You are taking the right medicine .continue the same for 2months as there are no side effects
with that you can take Lakshadi guggul 2 tablets twice a day after meals .Before taking soak the tabs in water for some time .Neck exercises are important. Narayan tail massage in circular manner on the neck.
