Arm pain and shoulder pain
I have pain in my left arm. The pain started from the wrist and palm and now my elbow is also aching. There is a bit of weakness in my arm and shoulder. I also had pain in my lower back and shoulders in the morning. There was a mild pain under my ribs also while breathing. Not sure if it's because I slept with fan on or is it something serious.

Pain is understandable but there shouldn't be muscle  weakness. You didn't mentioned when the whole thing started, is this the first time, any family of same problem! It might be nothing or might be beginning of any autoimmune disease like polymyositis, ankylosis spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis etc. Whatever it is, it should resolve in a week, if it is persistent then you might need blood work up to done and other x ray investigation too.
