I am seeking help regarding my anxiety.
Which i believe was a result of a parasitic infection in the Intestine.
The condition has improved drastically over the last few weeks.
But still I am not completely free of it.
Any help is appreciated.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If your symptoms are below 1 month then only take few anxiolytic and start yoga and exercise. If your symptoms causing impairment in biological and occupation dysfunction need detail evaluation. May be Cognitive behaviour therapy will help you. If you need further help chat with us.
