Not to worry, visit a closest Psychiatrist. Any treatment is taken rightly for a prescribed amount of time should be taken accordingly. Everyone faces anxiety, but the intensity of it is troublesome. Consider taking proper treatment for it as a support for your lifestyle and not as a treatment for some big problem.

I would need more information about what kind of anxiety symptoms you have to give you better resolution.  Rebound anxiety commonly occurs when we abruptly stop anti anxiety medications.  Firstly these medications need to be stopped slowly , secondly with psychotherapy (counseling) one can be helped to prepare oneself to face these anxiety symptoms, so effectively  decreasing the need and dose of these medications
Next Steps
you can look for psychiatrist who provides good psychotherapy like CBT and drug treatment to help you with your symptoms . you can opt for an online consultation, through which we can help to resolve your issues
Health Tips
combination of meds and therapy usually  helps better
