Actually i don't want to take any medicines because am not having so serious anxiety problem and i don't have any panic attacks it just i just little bit of this anxiety feeling and i want to get rid of this without any medicine so how i can i cure this without any medicine please help me for that plzz??

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.

Sure when symptoms are not very severe it can be managed without medication. Just learn relaxation techniques from you tube practice JPMR. ( TYPE JPMR in you tube). Next Do deep breathing exercises and start Yoga. If you feel these attacks sometimes you may need s.o.s medication like very either Propranolol or Etizolam in very low dose. But it's optional.
The therapy you need is CBT . Pls watch a video of CBT. Start doing yoga and relaxation techniques. Consultant earliest.
