Anxiety - Panic attack
Hello Doctor I'm shamili ,34yrs old What is the difference between Anxiety & panic attacks with symptoms ? Kindly please explain with one example ? All of sudden I'm getting body weakness,tension - breathlessness( No trigger for my attack) If i do 10 - 15 mins breathing excercise & meditation...i will be calm after sometime I'm in confusion , I'm i getting anxiety or panic attack sometimes 😔 Thank you Shamili
