I was suffering from depression and anxiety from last 10 months for which i was on treatment my symptoms have reduced and i have reduced medication but still every morning i wake i feel irritation ij my body and restlessness all unwanted toughts come in my mind..i just wanted to know will it subsidise on its own as sometimes while typing orcreading also i feel anxious..

You should probably go for psychotherapy along with medicine

Tapering off the medication is very crucial. You should be real slow in that. I need to know what medications are you taking? And please ask for CBT for depression.

Did you also go for psychotherapy sessions along with medications? If not, it is highly recommended you do, since counseling is also required to help you.
