Anxiety Disorder
I have been diagnosed with Anxiety disorder and have been taking Propranolol-20 mg and Etizolam-0.5 mg for last 4 months. I also take Cilacar 5 mg for hypertension. Also, few other physical symptoms are there like nausea, gastritis, hand tremors, chest tightness, etc. I have got Trop-I, Stress Echo, Chest X-ray, blood reports and ultrasound done with all ok reports. I feel very week and lethargic all through the day. Not sure why? Is this side effect of the medicines. Please advice.

Sugar acts as an adrenal stimulant and can cause anxiety or even panic attacks. Other offensive foods include those containing refined flour products, and even wheat since this causes inflammation. Besides caffeine, and sugar, food allergies are a big contributing factor in your overactive central nervous system.
