Thank you for asking this question. Travel anxiety can be overwhelming. However, some ways can help you overcome this anxiety. Identify your triggers. Things that initiate or intensify your anxiety are known as triggers. Travel-related triggers include things like planning a trip or boarding a plane. They could also be caused by external factors like low blood sugar, coffee, or stress. Keeping these triggers in control will help. Make a good plan. Create a strategy if you get travel anxiety because you're worried about what might happen. Make sure you have sufficient funds. In the event of an emergency, have a friend you can call. In your purse or on your phone, keep a map or guidebook. Relax as much as possible. Learn relaxing techniques and practice them before and during your vacations. Relax and find the bright side of things with mindful meditation. Deep breathing and muscle relaxation can also assist. Bring some diversions with you. While travelling, engaging in a favourite pastime, such as viewing a movie or listening to music, might help to alleviate anxious feelings. These diversions will divert your attention away from the things that are bothering you. If things still feel overwhelming, it would be advisable to talk to a therapist. They may be able to suggest valuable methods for dealing with your anxiety. A doctor or psychiatrist can also prescribe medication to help alleviate your symptoms.

Reflect on your thoughts

Hi... Pls try to understand this, anxiety/panic attacks are a kind of false alarm/ freeze response generated by the small animal brain (dorsal raphe nucleus) still left in human brain. This was primarily built as a defence mechanism when our human ancestors use to live in the jungle, as some predator leave the prey, considering it to be dead (freeze response). This response typically triggers when there is an eminent threat to life. Unfortunately, in the modern world there are hardly any real situations where there is an eminent physical threat to our life but still this freeze response is triggering. The causes may be an underlying Psychiatric condition or some deep seeded fear, guilt, shame, desire, abuse, etc. An immediate trigger may be a perceived threat (an exam, a deadline, a relationship at the verge of breaking, social status or self-respect at risk, etc.) in the environment. Treatment involves proper Psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication (if required), and Psychotherapy/Counselling.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist.

Anxiety cannot be solved through thinking. It cannot be dissolved through thinking because thinking itself is a sort of anxiety. Practice this technique it says don’t do anything with anxiety. Just be alert! I will tell you one old anecdote about Bokuju, another Zen master. He lived alone in a cave, but during the day, or even in the night, he would sometimes say loudly, “Bokuju” – his own name, and then he would say, “Yes, I am here.” And no one else was there. Then his disciples used to ask him, “Why are you calling ‘Bokuju’, your own name, and then saying, ‘Yes sir, I am here’?” He said, “Whenever I get into thinking, I have to remember to be alert, and so I call my own name, ‘Bokuju.’ The moment I call ‘Bokuju’ and I say, ‘Yes sir, I am here,’ the thinking, the anxiety disappears.” Then, in his last days, for two or three years, he never called “Bokuju,” his name, and never had to reply, “Yes sir, I am here.” The disciples asked, “Master, now you never do this.” So he said, “But now Bokuju is always there. He is always there, and there is no need. Before I used to miss him. Sometimes the anxiety would take me, cloud me all over, and Bokuju was not there. So I had to remember ‘Bokuju,’ and the anxiety would disappear....” Try your name. When you feel deep anxiety, just call your name – not “Bokuju” or any name, but your name – and then reply to it, “Yes sir, I am here,” and feel the difference. Anxiety will not be there. At least for a single moment you will have a glimpse beyond the clouds, and that glimpse can be deepened. Once you know that if you become alert anxiety is not there, it disappears; you have come to a deep knowing of your own self and the mechanism of inner working. Lot's of Love and blessings
