Anxiety and Panic
I have been struggling with intense feelings of anxiety and frequent panic attacks for several months, which are starting to interfere with my daily life and work. Despite trying various coping mechanisms, I haven't seen much improvement. Could you please provide guidance on what might be causing these symptoms and suggest potential treatments or strategies to help manage my anxiety?

Since you have already tried various coping mechanisms without much improvement, and it's now affecting your performance,it's time to take medication first to control your panic attacks and anxiety. Then you can go ahead with the therapy and building resilience to cope with panic episodes. And as far as cause is concerned, your treating psychiatry will only be able to tell that after a detailed assessment.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist offline and get thoroughly assessed .
