You should start meditation on daily basis.
Lie down straight on bed, close eyes, breath deeply. Concentrate from head to toe, 10-15 mins in the morning or evening.
Divert your mind while panic attacks.
Sit and relax, breath deeply, have a glass of water. Count backwards from 50 to 1.

If u still have same symptoms, consult a Psychiatrist and start medicine along with psychotherapy.
I understand ur difficulties. U seem to have prominent anxiety symptoms. Sweating, palpitations are the bodily symptoms of anxiety. Cannabis and alcohol r known to increase anxiety symptoms. Anxiety makes a person lose his confidence, reduces his concentration and potential. V would need to know a few more details like ur sleep, frequency, other situations that might make u anxious etc to give appropriate suggestions. Ur problem can be easily treated with counselling, cognitive behaviour therapy and if needed medications. U will be able to function better with it. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or professional help. U need to consult a psychiatrist. U can also consult me online through the Practo chat option. Best wishes for speedy recovery!!
