I feel burnout and not able to be productive. I do have my competitive exams like just in a month but I feel like I have lost already and procrastinate everything. This all is creating anxiety and stress leading to overeating, over binge watching and oversleeping.

Hello dear,
Mental illnesses can be a result of multiple factors including biological, emotional, social and personal. In order to treat these illnesses, its important to identify the underlying cause and then treat accordingly using medicine and Psychotherapy. Usually it takes a week or two before the treatment results in improvement.

This mental exhaustion happens in many people at the time of exams. It is best if you consult a psychiatrist and take an antidepressant which is activating type, not sedative type. If it is not possible for you, then you should take a break from studies for 24 to 48 hours. Go to some refreshing place with family or friends. Don't study anything. You may find it absurd to stop studying, but it will actually help you in regaining your energy. You can opt for online psychiatrist consultation too.
