Not able to maintain disciplined life
I want to lead a disciplined and happy life. I want to keep my body healthy. But I couldn't able to do it. I couldn't able to sleep early in the night n can't wake up early in the morning. I can't control my anger. I m having so many problems with my wife whom I married 6 months ago. I m always feeling tired n hopeless. Need help.

As you are carrying so many emotional disturbance within you, obviously you will notice unpleasant behavior like anger, frustration, negativity etc. . Better to ventilate or express  your feelings, emotions and concerns to  someone your trust. . If not take a professional psychology counseling support to openly discuss your problems. . Hello greetings!! U seem to be experiencing a depressive episode with excessive preoccupation about health and disciplines of how to live a healthier life. All that we need to know is that everyone wants the same and the way they follow to achieve that s different. U have been trying many methods so far I assume and it has not resulted in success. But u need to realise that u have been progressing towards that. In case of earlier years sexual misconceptions had caused u masturbatory guilt this may b dhat syndrome and u need to be evaluated.
