Anxiety and Loss of interest in work
Lately have this feeling of anxiousness and lack of interest in doing things. This causes me to have bad appetite and not be able to focus on my work. Was wondering if there are any light medications to help with anxiety or should I visit a doctor for this.

You need to consult a clinical psychologist for assessment. If the severity is less then you may not require medication but learning few skills you can overcome your problem. If severity is high then you need medications and for that you need to consult a psychiatrist also.

Not every issue need medication.. My suggestion would be to visit or consult a psychological Counselor to understand yourself better and to overcome this issue..
