Anxiety and insecurity
Hello. I am not tested for anxiety but i do worry a lot and ovethink too. Because of the bully i have faced from school life till now, it is difficult to cope with the society we live in. So many people have left me and i can't let go of them and it messes up my mind. I overthink all the situations and i am in this constant worry that people will leave me and it makes me so insecure in this wolrd. I am very emotional qnd sensitive and feel like everyone should be good to each other. But when i see someone doing bad to others, i cry a lot and it hurts me to my heart. I also get panic attacks where a siren is going on in my head and i don't know how to process or get out of this. I go into depression very fast. I am living along with the depression and anxiety. Please help as these things are affecting me and people who are still with me and around me.
