Anxiety and depression. Since last 2 yr
I have severe anxiety issues and I find it extremely difficult to relax. I have tried ignoring this anxiety but I know it's always and always there and it severely impacts my ability to work. And then i am anxious about being anxious. It just gets very tough to handle at times. There were things that happened in the past that triggered major depression and I had consulted a doctor, got diagnosed of it and she suggested medications that I didn't really continue. I thought I will recover on my own
