Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing . It seems that you are unable to assertively talk to your parents and also the work stress might be contributing to these distressing symptoms. It is suggested that you try and practice deep breathing and meditation regularly as it can help clear the mind . Try and have an open and respectful conversation with your parents and make them understand your situation . You can also maintain a journal in which you can write 3 positive events of the day . Try and engage in some activities which can keep you occupied and also increase your social interactions. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions can be beneficial. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
