Usually my bp remains always below 120 and 80, but sometimes when I'm anxious my bp shoots up to 135/85, i have anxiety disorder and treatment is going on since a year, should I be concerned?

It is better to take treatment from the Psychiatrist in your area. He will keep referring you to a General Physician as and when required.
