Anxiety & Panic Problem
I have a strange and weird problem which I causing tremendous stress anxiety and panic all the time. As in this digital age, we tend to use mobile phone for work and any social activity. Whenever I use my mobile in my right hand I have a sense of impending doom, with panic and lightheadedness nausea, anxiety and tightness in my right eye , right head, right back neck, right side chest and stomach both feel so tight and difficult to find breathing and I get dizzy and lightheaded and I start panicking. But as soon as I switch using my mobile from my right hand to left hand all the feelings of panic, anxiety and tightness symptoms which I had on the right side of my body return back to normal.. It doesn't happen when I use the mobile on my left side.. Iam a lot better using on my left side.What could be the reason.. Pls help me with this issue as I'm a right hand mobile user and I want to use mobile in my right hand all the and this problem is causing real distress in my day to day life

Using so much phone causes all issues. You generally use right hand for doing all the time. All devices are somehow their bad effects. Try to use less time. You may shift ur work on laptop or desktop. Can also check with ur doctor . You can also take the the help of a counsellor. It might be ur psychological issue.
