To correct pelvic tilt, you need to visit physiotherapy clinic, proper assessment is needed before starting the exercises. One cannot do the correction on his/her self without expert supervision.

Staying in anterior tilt is not just a muscular or spinal phenomenon. Staying corrected is what would be a challenge unless you take effort to do so. Visit a physiotherapist for the above mentioned process.

Yes it is possible to correct but with out a proper assessment we can't prescribe exercises to u. So pls visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take a proper assessment and treatment as well.
