  4. Ankle twist. Not pain again in there. ?

Sir, My ankle was twisted about one month ago So on that time I wear crap bandage because my ankle was swollen but after 2-3 week everything thing all fine I am walking properly. But some time my leg was bend occasionally I still Pain so i want ask what time the musle will recover and my leg bend it's was not pain again in there.??

It may have been an ankle ligament injury(sprain) ... Needs proper examination...after any ankke injury, rest is important... If neglected can cause chronic pain..kindly consult a specialist..
