Ankle swelling
I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago and the swelling is still there. Is this normal? I can walk on it fine just not bend it sideways. Checked with doctors yesterday and there were no bone problems

Swelling might be there up to six weeks with out any pain. Rule out any blood clots in calf

Apply ice pack. Avoid walk till relief. Apply bandage

Follow the treatment protocol of RICE rest the ankle keep ICe pack and apply compression bandage and elevate the ankle while sleeping
