Ankle sprain
I got sprained my ankle by falling from stairs 3 months back and still I am not comfortably walk.90% percent pain reduced but the other 10% is irritating..can't walk freely..can't down the stairs normally..ortho said it's ligament teared and was in aPOP for 6 weeks and 2 weeks with elbow stick.done with one week physiotherapy ..please tell me what can I do

Usually for sprained ankle 6 weeks of POP  and rest is sufficient . Your 90% of pain is relieved and only 10% is remaining.I would suggest you to give some more time, don't put lot of weight on the foot that is affected and use ankle brace . Sometimes healing takes longer time.  Otherwise if it's bothering you a lot then the next step is to do MRI , after which it will be clear what grade of ligament tear you had or whether it is healed properly or not .

Avoid walk till relief do physiotherapy continue. Avoid long standing and movement till relief. Rest must in ur condition

If your stabilisation period is finished,then Continue physiotherapy for one more week with laser therapy and exercises.
