Ankle ligament sprain
I twisted my foot and got ankle ligament tear.Need to do physio for two weeks as advised by an orthopeadic surgeon.

After the pain is gone, just do stretches,stretching only as much as is comfortable.

Laser treatment in physiotherapy is best. Do it 7 session and give ice and hot pack twice daily 7 days

Start with ultrasound therapy and ankle strengthening exercises for 2 weeks...continue with theraband exercises...use an ankle binder during walking along with proper ankle support shoes
