Ankle fracture
Ankle sprain (left & right sides of the right leg ankle)due to some minor accident on road .Pain is at the same position where there is a fracture .There is a small fracture at my right ankle and at the same place its paining now.It has been 2 weeks after the injury,but unable to walk properly.Not able to keep my foot completely on floor while walking.I have flat foot .Fracture am having to the ankle is like a small bone piece behind the ankle at the right side.

X-ray must. If no need pop ya other then start physiotherapy treatment. Don't do home remedy

- U had not mentioned any application of cast in case of fracture. - if u having cast , do isometric contraction of  ankle muscle to avoid post fracture  stiffness - after opening of cast go for contrast bath followed by active movements of ankle.
Health Tips
- avoid  stress to your joint - start with partial weight bearing exercises while sitting on bed

Hi... As you were aware of the fracture was any cast done for it...how good is your ligaments... I would suggest you not to weight bear on the injured untill said... As if you keep bearing weight then there will be load on the fracture site...disturbing the healing and moving the fragments happens which might give rise to complications later... It will take minimum of 6 to 12 weeks to heal completely...so be patient... Hope this is helpful for you
