Ankle/foot pain
I have bad pain in my right foot down the side and up to the ankle and have done since 02/01/18. I'm struggling to walk on it for any distance more than a few steps and when sitting/laying down there is a dull pain. On the 31/12/17 I twisted my ankle on a curb in the street however it didn't hurt until 2 days afterwards, so I'm not sure if this is related.

Your pain might be arising from back. This type of pain is suggestive of a lower back pathology with neurological involvement. Try: Spine extension exercises. Hot water compression locally. Medications like Evion and Neurokind LC will help.
