Hello practo user
I can understand the concerns you have regarding your wife . Stress at either work or personal space can contribute to our behaviours . You can try and ask her to practice deep breathing and meditation every morning as it is beneficial in getting attuned to our inner thoughts . Ask her to go for regular exercise to keep the mood elevated . Try and talk to her everyday so that you can connect with her more and understand the issues . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a detailed history and assessment then through regular counseling sessions she can learn healthy and positive coping strategies and skills for her issues. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
