Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. I can understand your suitation. You need to first ventilate your inner feelings and concerns to someone who care and listen like psychology counselor. Change in your behavior or actions are contributed by imbalance of energy levels in both body and mind. In ayurveda terms, we call as imbalance of  pitta or fire energy in your body. If this get aggravated it exhibits anger, irritation, hypertension.,mood swing, controlling behavior, hurtful, acidity, blood pressure, skin allergies and many more. In your suitation, its better to do a detailed assessment to figure out the root cause for such an imbalance and follow appropriate solution. Solution are either home remedies, few dietary changes, self therapies etc.
