Anger /depression
Hi doctor gud mrng, By gods grace I'm well settled. Since 1 yr i m depressed and get angry for small matters which I'm not able to control, afterthat, For 2 hrs or so, I feel tired and feel guilty of showing my anger on the other person. I feel afraid as to what will happen in future...( im very sensitive towards my mothers side) I even show anger on my husband,  son, mother and brother. I take normal food, and have good sleep..I'm little over weight... Pl advice

Feel like significant personality issues ..so u need to more focus on personality...depression and gulit feeling looks like reactionary to "Aggressive impulse"..so if u correct it rest will be automatically settled..consult online..

Looks like there is increased irritability. Do you feel restless? How is your appetite? Are you on any medication?

It appears that you have improved partially from depression. But there are certain things you are not happy with . Anger shows that you need something/ or want to happen  in a particular way which is not happening. You need to discuss those issues and find a way to solve.
