Anger issues
After my baby was born, there is no physical relationship with my husband .. or rarely ... Like this year only twice. N I have tried to talk to him but he says the problem is with me. He does not need counselling , nor does he think he needs any treatment. There are other issues as well, like in laws, our fights ...I'm taking care of baby everything. He only earns money and hardly helps unless mentioned or asked. But slowly I feel , there is nothing left in this marriage, no love... I do have a lot of anger n hate towards him. Which is the result of things he said or done in the past. I don't feel anything towards him. No o don't want to leave him. But I want that love or Spark in this marriage. We are like two roommates living together, one thinks that he is earning money , his responsibility ends there. N  I think money is something important still other things has value too.

You might be facing post partum psychological changes which can include mood shifts, anger and frustration. This behaviour might affect your personal and married life. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

“It feels like there is nothing left in this marriage, no love, and a lot of anger and hate towards him.” Given the hurt and unequal responsibilities you describe, those feelings make sense. Wanting the love or spark back while simultaneously feeling emotionally disconnected can be incredibly confusing. The truth is, resentment often needs to be understood and processed before intimacy can naturally return. Individual therapy using CBT and emotion-focused work can help you process the hurt, communicate needs and decide what you genuinely want. You do not have to force yourself to feel love again, you can first understand what happened to it.
Next Steps
I'm a clinical psychologist with an M.phil degree. My overall orientation is Humanistic. Including CBT, DBT, schema therapy, emotional focused therapy (EFT) , SFBT(when suitable) is my approach(eclectic and evidence based). My work is also Trauma informed. I think we can work together to help you heal and move forward at your own pace.

I hear the deep exhaustion in your words. It feels like you’re carrying a heavy, dead plant, begging for water, while he says he already threw the water bucket over there and it's not his job to hand it to you. You feel so much anger and hate, yet you still don't want to leave—that means the love is buried deep, not gone. You are not the problem; being alone in a marriage is a problem. Please, don't carry this heavy weight alone anymore. Book a consultation with me, so we can safely unpack your feelings, set boundaries, and figure out how to reclaim your own spark—whether he chooses to join or not. I am here to help you.

What you’re describing sounds less like a problem of physical intimacy alone and more like emotional disconnection that has built up over time. When there is unresolved hurt, repeated conflict, unequal responsibilities, lack of emotional support and accumulated anger, it is natural for love and physical closeness to gradually decrease. It also sounds like you don’t want to leave the marriage you want to feel like a couple again, rather than two people simply living together. This is something worth seeking professional help for. Couples counselling can help both partners understand the underlying hurt, communication patterns, expectations and emotional needs. Even if your husband is not ready to come initially, you can seek individual counselling to understand your own emotions and decide how you want to approach the relationship. You don’t have to wait until the marriage feels completely empty to ask for help. If you’re going through something similar, please seek professional support. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. You can reach me at nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
