Hi,
The first very important step in anger management is to acknowledge that one is not feeling okay inside. So, congratulations you have already done that. Begin by expanding this awareness by listing down the events or conversations that made you angry during the day each night before sleep. Become conscious of the deeper reasons which are bothering you by maintaining this dairy for a few days. Combine this with cleansing breathing, so each time you notice your anger become conscious of your breath. Breathe in through your nose, breathe out through your mouth.

Hi
You can consult a psychologist and talk about what is making you feel angry. You want to get rid of anger and it is important to remember that you can get rid of too much anger. A psychologist will guide you on how you can manage anger.
"Thank you for reaching out to me with your concern. Very few people accept them having anger issues, and your first step of self awareness has been achieved! That's a great start.
Here are some tips to help you manage your anger:
1. Know your triggers
What gets you angry? What changes happen to your body? Once you are aware of these changes, STOP! Take a breath before lashing out on someone. Gather your thoughts and think before you speak. This may be difficult at start, and you will require to do this voluntarily, but eventually, you'll be able to achieve it.
2. Exercise
Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities.
3. Use 'I' statements
To avoid criticizing or placing blame â which might only increase tension â use ""I"" statements to describe the problem. Be respectful and specific. For example, say, ""I'm upset that you left the table without offering to help with the dishes"" instead of ""You never do any housework.""

If things still feel overwhelming, it would be advisable to talk to a therapist.
Hi... Anger Management requires a detailed understanding of issues that form the core of your anger and frustration.
Root of such issues typically lie in the childhood, whereas Triggers may be anything in the environment or may occur even without any immediate trigger.
Treatment requires a long-term approach (treating from the root) and not a short-term (treating the symptoms).
I appreciate your willingness to seek a professional support to overcome this issue..
Generally people show up the Anger when, others do not understand what they want them to do, Or,
When we go நைட் want to do what others say or accept..
Reflect on those lines..
