Good evening
If ur child has snoring at night and mouth breathing
Repeated ear infections or poor academic performance with decreased hearing
Then it would be advisable for surgery or else can observe and follow up
Considering the grade of adenoids and age of child , surgery is not needed as an immediate measure. He she’d be kept under observation and nasal spray to be continued. Keep in touch with ur throat specialist. 4 years is not the age recommended for upfront surgery.
Any symptoms? Of snoring or open mouth breathing or repeated infections.
Surgery is the best treatment of choice if symptoms persits ..
