Adenoid to 4 year kid
My 4 year kid have Grade 4 Adenoid, can it solve using nasal spray my doctor suggested Metaspray and solspre nasal spray Kindly suggest

If the issue is only loud snoring u can wait with sprays. If choking episodes, recurrent infection,  child not sleeping well , earblock . Any of these issues get adenoid removed. If issues persist more than one month, get repeat xray and take decision to wait or surgery.

Nasal spray will be helpful. You can repeat the x ray, after 3months. Avoid cold food.
