Proctosedyl, Anovate, Shield are some of the ointments that can be used. All of them provide temporary relief.
You should consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. It can be a case of anal fissure which is partially healed.
A laparoscopy Surgeon has no role in this condition.
It could be anal fissure or dermatitis of the local area.Get examined clinically by a general physician who should be able to treat your condition. If it's something significant he will refer you to general surgeon.
Use a laxative like syrup duphalac 15ml at bed time.
Please start the tablet rabefast XL before breakfast and before dinner.
Application if proctosedyl cream to be continued.
Consult a general surgeon.
