Anal itching suggests improper digestion and presence of toxins in the guts. Avoid sweets other than in fruits totally, even jaggery. Sometimes milk and milk products can also cause itching if not digested.
Ayurved treats such problems safely.

Hello mam,
Anal itching may be due to dryness there. The underlying cause may be chronic constipation or straining. Sometimes hard stools make small scratches there.
To resolve this apply -
Jatyadi taila Pichu i.e. place cotton swab soaked with Jatyadi taila daily at night for 15 days.
You can insert 2-3 ml of jatyadi taila in anus twice in a day.
To make stool soft use 1 teaspoonfull Gandharva Haritaki churna with ghee and warm water at night for 8 days.
To avoid indigestion, take 1/2 teaspnoonfull Hingwashtak churna with ghee and warm water just before meals twice daily for 8 days.
Take black currents, dried figs, pomegranets, papaya and seasonal fruits.
If the problem still persist, then look whether there is worm infestation. Ayurveda can give good results in such cases.

Are u constipated. 1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit.
2. Increasing the fibre in your diet is known to be as effective as injections for preventing further problems
3. Increasing your fluid intake which can help prevent further problems with haemorrhoids
4. Avoiding straining and constipation which is the most useful thing patients can do to prevent the problem coming back. If the fibre content of your diet is not sufficient to keep your stools soft, then a fibre supplement can help.
5. Maintain active life style
6. Curd is good for u.
7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods
Homeopathy has very encouraging results. Consult online with details
