Remedies for Anal fissure which had been prolonged since one week and isn't healing. Started drinking more water and fiber filled food also, still the difficulty continues.

Is there blood present in stool....?? Constipation problem ??? Anobliss ointement to relieve pain ... If not relieving can take enziflam tab sos Sitz bath in warm water 2-3 times a day Avoid constipation ...can take lactulose syrup 10-15ml at bed time daily .... Drink plenty of water and more fibres in diet ,fruits & salads Life style modication/yoga/morning walk

Apply locally Proctosedyl ointment. Apply locally povidone iodine Tab.burfen Keep yourself hydrated Sits bath Is there any associated constipation or diarrhoea? Is there any evidence of bleeding?
