Hello if it’s confirmed fissures then use Fuscidin oint locally three times a day. Use xylicane jelly st the time of doing toilet and Cremafffin syp at night . Use it for 14 days it will heal

The most effective treatment of anal fissure is Diltiazem ointment with brand name cremagel. Apply inside the anal area 3 to 4 times, if possible take warm water and sit in it. It's called sitz bath. Take cremaffin syrup after every food.. 10ml and add salads to your food.. u will recover soon. IA
