Can a fissure be without pain /painless if so what are the other symptoms with which we can confirm it's an anal fissure . And having soft stools 2 times a day worsen anal fissure . I am asking this because from last two days I have noticed a very small amount of blood in my stools on top of it . Kindly respond to my question I am very stressed.

A fissure of recent onset , usually is painful whereas chronic fissure is with or without any pain.A physical examination is the best way to determine if it's a fissure or hemorrhoids.
There are many differential diagnosis to blood in stool rather than just fissure. So if you are having blood in stools since a few days better to consult. Also blood in stools need not necessarily be associated with pain.

Confirm diagnosis can only be made after perrectal examination. There can be many reasons for blood in stool. Pls visit general surgeon nearby.
There are ointments that can help in initial stages.
Sitz bath may also help.
It's not reasonable for a doctor to prescribe any medicine without examination. It's a very common problem and it is very much treatable.
